Brief information about “Uzbek language and literature” journal

"Uzbek language and literature" journal published in 1958. The Journal was founded in 1958. Journal until today publishes articles on current topics of the Uzbek language and literature. The magazine is published every two months, during – 6 volume.

Currently, the editor in chief is Doctor of Philology, professor Makhmudov Nizomiddin Mamadalievich.

Over the years, significantly strengthened the editorial board of the journal. Currently a member of the editorial board of  14 doctors, 4 associate professors.

By decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan magazine included in the list of peer-reviewed journals HAC.

The scope of the journal is very wide. The journal publishes articles of researchers of research institutes, institutions of higher education on various topics of the Uzbek language and literature.

Guidelines for Authors

Requirements for the articles: the font Times New Roman, size 14, spacing 1.5, margins: 3 cm from the left, top and bottom 2 cm, right 1.5 cm.

Abstract and key words in Uzbek, Russian and English.

Name, surname and middle name of the author, academic degree and academic title, place of work, position.

Article to provide printed and electronic forms.

Attention should be paid to the wording of the problems, the validity of the material with the theoretical and methodological point of view, the reliability of sources, validity issues, conclusions, proposals and recommendations.

Volume of articles should be no less than 0.25 pp, that is no more than 8-10 pages.

The editors have the right to cut and edit the articles.

These articles are sent for review and are published only after receiving a positive review.

The author is personally responsible for the accuracy of the article used in examples of footnotes, information.
