Departments and sections - the theory of literature, literary relations, theory of translation, Russian literature in Uzbekistan over the past 45 years and led its activities independently and jointly.

Department of translation theory (head Zh.Sh.Sharipov): Department of studying Russian literature of Uzbekistan  until 1985 headed by Prof.. M.M.Rasuli, in 1986-1996 yy. supervised PhD P.Mirzaahmedova.
